From training just 54 candidates in 2007 to empowering more than 1,000 individuals every year today, Sarjan Foundation has steadily expanded its impact across education, livelihood, health, and environment. Our programs now reach people at every stage of life — supporting expectant mothers, helping schoolchildren and dropouts, guiding college youth into meaningful careers, and enabling women to build self-reliant futures. Looking ahead, we are focused on scaling our proven models across Gujarat and beyond, expanding training capacities at MARG, RFSTC, BADRI, and SHAKTI, and forging stronger industry partnerships in robotics, IT, and automation. A key priority is to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for women by building co-operative models and market linkages that ensure fair wages, quality standards, and doorstep access to work. At the same time, we are deepening our environmental initiatives through ProEnviron and strengthening holistic education at BADRI, preparing confident, multilingual, and socially responsible young citizens. The road ahead is clear — to transform skills into livelihoods, education into empowerment, and compassion into lasting change for generations to come.
